Germaine Staley has been providing design and creative services for a diverse range of clients spanning all continents: large and small, private and public, for-profit and nonprofit since 2005.

In 2020, Germaine partnered with Arlene Geldenhuys from Thaleni Visual Graphics South Africa in order to provide additional services across all digital marketing and media. This partnership has facilitated Grow Media's reach into Africa where they plan to train previously disadvantaged individuals and provide them with the opportunity to become self employed. Grow Media Designs has also recently partnered with a team of freelance content creators which provide additional value to the range of services we can now offer.
